The Founder
Meet Hakim Omar
With over 15 years of experience driving sales for global hotel brands and tech platforms—including his role as Global Director of Sales at citizenM Hotels—Hakim identified a critical flaw in the industry: the traditional sales model is too rigid, too expensive, and often ineffective.
He saw companies struggling with bloated teams, slow ramp-up times, and misaligned incentives. He knew there had to be a better way.
